I'm Down 61 Thanks to My New Japanese Turmeric Routine and I’m Not Finished Yet!!
When I hit my mid 40’s and menopause, I was hovering around 206! Let's be honest, I was stuck at that point and I never thought I’d see 200 again, let alone get below it.
I've just got back from my usual routine check up where the nurse was SHOCKED when she saw me at 145!
She had to ask me what had changed….and i couldn't help it, I began to tear up.

After trying every workout routine and food fad – and having them all fail ME – I was beginning to give up hope.
Going to the gym, yoga, fitness classes all just left me sweaty, exhausted and miserable. I was never going to be able to keep that up, especially at my age.
